Consolidate Mental Health Outpatient Clinic, phase I, located at the Edith N. Rogers Veterans Memorial Hospital, (VAMC) Bedford, MA consisted of preparing site for building operations including demolition; removal of existing structures; Asbestos abetment and abatement of other hazardous materials; removal and reconstruction of concrete flooring; installation of new plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems; installation of new walls and finishes.

Carrigg Commercial Builders, LLC's control of the project included coordination meetings; reviewing and processing of shop drawings and submittals; project management and site superintendence; coordination of multiple subcontractor trades; safety; quality control; cost control; documentation control; demolition; steel stud framing; drywall; electrical.
