The project is very relevant and was a 4000 SF renovation of the lower level of Building 39 at the VA Medical Center in White River Junction, VT. The existing space was converted into a clinic to better serve Women Veterans. The scope of work included: asbestos abatement, complete demolition of the area, including walls, ceilings, and flooring as well as mechanical and electrical systems. The existing entry to the lower level was closed in with new metal stud partitions with masonry veneer to create additional office space for the providers. This required site work and extensive demolition prior to the placement of new foundation for the new metal stud partitions.
