DIRIGO Program Renovation

The 13,000 square foot design-build renovation project consisted of two phases. Phase one was to convert the former single level gymnasium into two levels comprised of offices, computer lab, therapy room, multi-purpose room, weight room, and storage areas, plus constructing new men’s and women’s locker rooms. Carrigg Commercial Builders, LLC simultaneously performed extensive mechanical and electrical upgrades. Exterior work included installation of a new fire service waterline, and tuck, point and seal of the exterior brick veneer. Phase two was to completely renovate an adjacent area into multiple offices.
