- DIRIGO Program Renovation - The 13,000 square foot design-build renovation project consisted of two phases. Phase one was to convert the former single level gymnasium into two levels comprised of offices, computer lab, therapy room, multi-purpose room, weight room, and storage areas, plus constructing new men’s and women’s locker rooms. Carrigg simultaneously performed extensive mechanical and electrical upgrades. Exterior work included installation of a new fire service waterline, and tuck, point and seal of the exterior brick veneer. Phase two was to completely renovate an adjacent area into multiple offices. Back to Projects List |
